·         Lead and manage technical team on site and ensure project meet agreed specifications and deadlines; Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance expertise.
·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure resource availability and allocation.
·         Responsible for installation and commissioning of projects and ensure project is delivered on time. Respond to emergency situations during and after working hours to resolve issues.

Westpoint Home Bahrain W.L.L – Retrofitting and automation of 3 NOS 10 TPH each Thermax gas fired boiler with burner management system including additional safeties with water control system integration and flow metering.

1.      IFFCO Pakistan (Edible Oil Refinery) – Dual fuel conversion of 16 TPH Gas fired boiler (DDFC) with O2 trim system.
2.      MaPak Edible Oil Refinery – Installation and commissioning of O2 monitoring system with integration of all safeties, 2 way valves, temperature, pressure and water level control, Pump control, and complete burner management system control on 10 TPH Gas fired boilers (Razzaq Associates and DDFC).
3.      Union Fabrics – BMS installation and commissioning on 15 TPH Loos Boiler with auto blow down system and TDS control.
4.      Liberty Mills Limited – O2 monitoring system on 35 and 25 TPH coal fired boilers.
5.      Artistic Apparels Pvt Ltd - Conversion of single fuel 10 TPH boiler into dual fuel with complete automation and fuel storage tanks. Installation and commissioning of control panel on 2 TPH WHRB.
6.      Rajby Textiles Private Limited – Modification in Burner of 20 TPH Loos gas fired boiler and commissioning of newly installed control panel.
7.      Siddiqsons Textile - Steam flow metering with SCADA.
8.      Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited – Installation and commissioning of instruments and control panel of Dual fuel (gas and furnace) 10 TPH Boiler.

·         Plan and oversee repair & maintenance activities of machinery.
·         Prepare preventive maintenance plans and ensure implementation.
·         Generate work orders; Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
·         Generate PR and SR; Coordinate with procurement and store department for timely arrangement of material/spares.
·         Prepare technical reports by collecting information; perform engineering calculations.

• Involved in 2D & 3D designing of products and modification in dies & moulds of different parts of vehicle using Pro/E and AutoCAD; Developed G-Code programming techniques to establish quicker cycle time and reduce tooling cost.
